Jake Wilk

Jake Wilk serves as Vice President of Investments for Highline Real Estate Partners. He is responsible for leading growth of the company’s industrial portfolio, enhancing its asset management systems and processes, and managing relationships with operating partners and capital partners (debt and equity). Jake also supports deal execution for Highline Hospitality Partners and Highline Storage Partners on a selected basis.

Prior to joining Highline, Jake was Senior Associate at Link Logistics, Blackstone’s U.S. industrial real estate platform. During his time at Link, he executed 17 transactions totaling over 10 million square feet and $1.6 billion in value, focusing on both core-plus and opportunistic strategies across the Midwest and Mountain & Desert regions. Jake also helped launch Link’s build-to-suit program and led strategic initiatives in powered land, data center site selection, and renewable energy deployment. Earlier in his career, he was an Investment Analyst at Rockbridge Capital, a private equity firm specializing in hospitality investments.

Jake received his B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Ohio State University.
