Steven Phuvasitkul

Steven Phuvasitkul is the Senior VP of Finance at Highline Hospitality and is responsible for evaluating new investments, asset management of Highline’s existing hospitality portfolio and partnership accounting. Steven has over 25 years of hospitality finance experience. Prior to joining Highline Hospitality, Steven served as VP of Finance for multiple hospitality companies including Restoration Hardware Hospitality, Sydell Group and Millennium Hotels & Resorts. During this time Steven has asset managed and provided financial guidance to over 30 entities in 15 states. Steven was also the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis, and Regional Controller for 12 years with New York based Denihan Hospitality Group. Prior to Denihan, Steven held multiple positions with Hyatt Hotels & Resorts.

Steven holds a B.A. in Finance and Management from New York University.
